It isn’t very often that I cook. When I do it’s for a special someone or an interesting video contest. In the case of my Cooking With Colt video involving the Reuben Casserole, it was for CreateTV.com’s 2017 Cooking Challenge. The overall goal of the contest was to create a 2-minute video of something cooking related. I decided to put together one of my favorite dishes that was easy to put together: A Reuben Casserole.
