Sandwich Bros. Dip Tips

As you may know, I’m a big fan of the Sandwich Bros. of Wisconsin. I’ve done several videos for them talking about their delicious flatbread sandwiches. I came across them last year through a video contest. I always like trying out new products and services, especially when it involves contests. Which on a side note, should be a note to you marketing managers out there, you need to find folks like me who love making videos and trying things out. Just make sure your contest is actually legitimate and rewards quality and creativity. (You know who you are.)

I digress.

Anyway, Sandwich Bros. make a darn good flatbread sandwich. Their ingredients are always very fresh and tasty. I have primarily sampled the Angus Cheeseburgers, Chicken Melts, and Italian Sausage Melts. I have yet to try out the Pizza Burger or Gyro Sliders. Not for a lack of trying, it’s just that Giant doesn’t apparently carry those two in this area.

I’ve made a video plugging the sandwich, showing how to cook one, and offering up my own recipe. I decided to film myself suggesting “Dip Tips” for various dips to go along with an Angus Cheeseburger flatbread sandwich. I settled in on three winners:

  • Ketchup

  • Chipotle Mayo

  • Au Jus

I figured this was a go to standard, a spicy selection, and a unusual but possibly delicious choice. I wasn’t disappointed. Each dip worked amazingly well with the flatbread sandwich. I’m not sure if I’d suggest doing all three in a single bite, but if you are feeling that adventurous, then go for it.

I may do a similar video in the future for the other flatbread sandwiches. You will just have to stay tuned and fine out. Want to find where you can get your hands on you own Sandwich Bros? Click here to visit their very nicely designed and informative website.

Enjoy the video below. After I introduce the three choices, there is an embedded YouTube poll for you to take. Pick the dip you’d like to try.

Behind The Scenes

This was filmed in the kitchen of my secret bunker where several other videos have been filmed in the past. These have been mostly food related, much like this one. The ever so lovely Katie Mauro assisted with the filming of this video. I wanted this video to be 60 seconds or less so I did not have much time for my usual credits or post credits bonus scene. Something tells me Roger the Warehouse Monster wants to steal some of these sandwiches for himself.
